Al Jimi Mall is Al Ain’s first and favourite shopping and entertainment destination offering families and shoppers a wide variety of their favourite brands in the heart of the Garden City.
The mall is currently undergoing a massive expansion and renovation programme to add a further 100 stores, including an 8-screen VOX cinema, and a retail park to the existing 100 outlets, bringing the total leasable area to 78,000 sqm.
An expansion to the north side of the Mall, the ‘Retail Park’ consists of 10 big box retail units with sizes range from 1,500m to 6,500 sqm designed in a flexible way to accommodate different retailers’ area requirements, family dining and coffee shops, an event plaza and a front-door on grade parking for more than a thousand additional cars.
الجيمي مول هو أول مركز تسوق يتم افتتاحه في مدينة العين، وهو الوجهة الأكثر شعبية في المدينة، حيث يقدم تجربة تسوق وترفيه مميزة لجميع العائلات والمتسوقين. ومن موقعه في قلب المدينة الخضراء، يوفر المركز لزواره مجموعة متنوعة من أفضل العلامات التجارية. ويخضع الجيمي مول حالياً لأعمال شاملة للتجديد والتوسعة، حيث سيتم إضافة 65 متجراً، منها 8 شاشات عرض جديدة لـ “سينما فوكس”، ومنطقة “ريتيل بارك” ستضم 95 متجراً، لتكون المساحة الإجمالية المؤجرة 76 ألف متر مربع.
وتضم توسعة الجهة الشمالية من المركز قسم محال التجزئة، والذي سيحتوي على ثلاثة أقسام للمحال التجارية الضخمة التي تتراوح مساحتها من 1500 متر مربع إلى 6500 متر مربع، مصممة بطريقة تجمع ما بين المحال التجارية، والمطاعم والمقاهي العائلية، وساحة مخصصة للفعاليات، وتم إضافة مواقف للسيارات تتسع لأكثر من ألف سيارة
